Basic Food Safety Training – Instructor Lead

Basic Food Safety Training consists of a comprehensive training that delivers consistent food safety training to existing staff employees and potential employees.
This program is instructor lead. Trainers have been certified via Traincan Inc – The Source of the source for food safety.

The program covers six key areas:

• Basic Food Safety
• Personal Hygiene

• Purchasing, receiving and storing food

• Cross-contamination & Allergens

• Time & Temperature

• Cleaning & Sanitation

This certification can be used nationally.
