Job Matching and Placement Services

Eligible Employers Must:

  • Provide employment in Ontario
  • Comply with all provincial legislation and applicable federal legislation
  • Place participants on the company’s payroll and provide the same employment terms, conditions, and benefits as for all regular employees
  • Maintain appropriate WSIB or alternate workplace safety insurance coverage
  • Have adequate third party general liability insurance as advised by its insurance broker

Employers Must Not:

  • Hire immediate family members
  • Be receiving government funds from any other source for the same student
  • Replace staff who are on lay-off
